Please select【Pre-printed Address Pack】in the main menu.
Step 5：
Please carefully read the "Instructions".
Step 6：
Suppose you acknowledge that you have fully understood the Instructions, please press 【Continue】for acknowledgement.
Step 7：
You can choose following services from the service options :
- 【View Pre-printed Address Pack】
- 【Order Pre-printed Address Pack】
- 【Upload Pre-printed Address Pack】
- View Pre-printed Address Pack Records and Follow-up the Status: You can view your order records in the last 6 months, such as reference, date & time to make the order, no. of copies or status; suppose the "status" was processing, you may amend or cancel the order based on your business need.
- If you need to pre-print the new address pack, you may choose either ways :
Method 1: Input the contents of address packs (i.e.【Order Pre-printed Address Pack】)
Method 2: Upload a file with the contents of address packs (i.e. 【Upload Pre-printed Address Pack】)
Under normal circumstances, the pre-printed address pack will be delivered in about 2 weeks upon receipt of an order.
