- Please click "Forgot login name/password" and input the required information as instructed. Login name and password will be sent to your email address

- What should I do if I cannot upload a file to iMailR Online Mailing Tool ?
- After editing the file with Excel or other spreadsheet programs, save it by clicking "Save As" and select "Unicode Text File" as file type.
- If error messages appear, please ensure that the information contained in the cell(s) as indicated is correct. For details about uploading Unicode files, please refer to "Instructions" under "Posting" of the iMailR Online Mailing Tool.
- What should I do if I cannot view the posting information after 5 months from the day of posting?
- The system only maintains posting information within 5 months from the day of posting. You are advised to download and keep the online Acceptance Report for record purpose.
- Where can I find the code list of countries?
- After logging on to iMailR Online Mailing Tool, you can download the country code list under "Country".
- What should I do if I cannot preview the address labels, posting forms and Acceptance Report?
- It may be due to the "Pop-up Blocker" function in the browser, please disable the "Pop-up Blocker" before preview.
