Pick-up
When you just can't leave the office - SPEEDPOST comes to you...
Apart from using counter service, Speedpost customers may call the Speedpost Telephone Pick-up Centre to arrange for collection of items(pick-up service is not available for some residential address. For details, please contact 2921 2277). A service fee for each pick-up is $50 with a maximum $200 per month for Speedpost account customers. For non account customers, an extra $75 per item will be levied.

Hong Kong Island: Southern District except Tin Wan, Aberdeen, Wong Chuk Hang and Apleichau area.
New Territories: Sai Kung and Clear Water Bay, Shek Wu Hui, Fanling, Tai Po, Tuen Mun and Yuen Long.
Remarks
- If you require the pick-up service on Sunday or public holiday, you may call or fax to our Speedpost Telephone Pick-up Service Centre before 4:30pm one working day in advance, we will arrange pick-up service for you (except the first day of Lunar New Year holiday).
- Pick-up service will cover all areas in Hong Kong Island,Kowloon and New Territories (except outlying islands and restricted areas).
