Speedpost account customers can login to Speedpost Online Account Zone on Speedpost website to prepare posting forms. Posting information entered can also be saved online for future use. Now, items can either be posted at any of the 120 post offices throughout the territory or via our seven-day-a-week pick-up service.

Note:
- Applicable only to Speedpost account customers.
- Items sent through “Economy Express” will be delivered within 4 working days at the earliest. No compensation or postage refund will be provided for delivery delays.
- The maximum weight and size limits is 40kg and 2 metres in length and girth combined. Posting of items weighing over 30kg is accepted exclusively via pick-up service.
- The pick-up service fee on “Economy Express” is the same as that applied to other Speedpost services.
- Speedpost account customers are required to login Speedpost Online Account Zone to fill in and print the Economy Express service posting form (Pos495). If customers have used the Speedpost Standard service posting form (Pos460), then the item will be charged at Speedpost Standard rates.
- To facilitate barcode scanning, all 5 copies of the posting form (Pos495) MUST BE printed by laser printer. Collection officer will test on site the readability of the barcode imprinted on all 5 copies of the posting form (Pos495). If the barcode fails to be read by barcode scanner, the item will not be picked up since delivery agencies are unable to process any item without a readable barcode.
