- Items sent through “Economy Express” will be delivered within 4 working days at the earliest. No compensation or postage refund will be provided for delivery delays.
- The maximum weight and size limits is 30kg and 2 metres in length and girth combined.
- Applicable only to Speedpost account customers using pick-up service. The pick-up service fee on “Economy Express” is the same as that applied to other Speedpost services.
- Speedpost account customers are required to login Speedpost Online Account Zone to fill in and print the Economy Express service posting form (Pos495). If customers have used the Speedpost Standard service posting form (Pos460), then the item will be charged at Speedpost Standard rates.
